CardExchange has two main components in its Designer, for
creating card layouts, and its "4 Clicks Interface"

CardExchange® Entry
Starting up with the new CardExchange® Entry edition brings
you the easy four clicking interface starting up friendly
priced. The Entry edition contains the WYSIWYG CardExchange® Designer and brings powerful functionality at hand. With this
new designer you will have almost all available designing
functions at hand. The designer is integrated into CardExchange
Entry so after connecting the cards to the User interface of
CardExchange, now changes can be made.
The Entry level of CardExchange® supports MS Excel and Text
connections. These powerful connections allow the user to
Add and Edit live on the MS Excel file without opening MS
Excel. Text can only be Added. Information of connected files
can be searched easily through the Fast search function in
the CardExchange® Toolbar and preview your data trough the
available dockable data window.
Entry level comes with CardExchange® Designer and allows you to connect to unlimited documents.
New created or edited card documents are easily connected
or refreshed through the unique card connection wizard of
CardExchange®.
CardExchange® Premium
The Premium version of CardExchange® combines all the functionality of the Entry version and includes powerful functions like signature capture and user logins.
Considering the database connections you are able to design internal views/queries to retrieve information on the card from multiple tables without doing it directly in the database. It supports MS Access connection on any location you prefer.
The Premium edition also allows you to buy and use seperate modules for databases, external functions and encoding and with the photo options window you can change the behavior of CardExchange® when you want to take a picture.
The Take picture button can be set to Import a picture and these settings can be applied seperately for each connected card layout. That means that for each connected card layout you can set if the photo is coming from a scanner, a camera or imported from a file.
Together with the options to set actions when printing cards, like automate what to do when there is no photo available, you can control your print process completely.
In production areas, the Premium offers advanced photo and database edit options. You can easily let CardExchange® automate your process by setting actions if you insert a record to your database. After inserting this record CardExchange® can automaticelly acquire or import a photo, print the card and set the database editor ready for input of a new record. Also when you are entering the data manually, you can make CardExchange® automate your process.
CardExchange® Ultimate
The new CardExchange® Ultimate edition offers you unlimited functionality in one edition. Get access to all existing functions of CardExchange.
CardExchange® Ultimate offers connections to all database types as well as native connections and ODBC connections and it includes connections to LDAP. You have access to all available contactless encoding functions and photos can be automatically cropped by means of the new Facefind face recognition module.
