How to generate your PIC and order your unlock code:

a) After installing Fotoshot when you first launch the application you will be provided with a Product Installation Code (PIC) that identified the computer hardware the software is installed on. PPC need to provide you with a specific unlock code to match your hardware in order to use the product.

b) Unlock codes will typically be provided the next business day after ordering.
d) Once you have the window as above, select the PIC using the mouse and copy (Ctrl-C), then paste (Ctrl-V) the code into the form below. Please ensure there is no missing information as it will delay the provision of the unlock code.

This form sends the required course of action to our admin team for processing. Incorrect use of the form or any missing data may cause delays. Responses on correctly completed forms is typically early the next business day.

NB: for future reference if your PC suddenly starts requesting a new unlock code with a different PIC its possible that the primary network card has been changed. Please see the following Technote to change the primary Network card order. In this instance you will not need to relicense your software.
