Fotoshot Relicensing

Use this form if you have Fotoshot that has been working and under the following circumstances requires relicensing.

a) The PC on which Fotoshot is faulty and you need to move the software to a new PC

b) You need to move the software to a new PC and will delete the old installation.

c) You have had to re-install the operating system and you do not have a copy of your install code (The original unlock code will work again if the same PC’s Operating System is reloaded as it is based on a Hardware ID, specifically Network MAC address of Primary NIC)

d) You have been instructed to relicense your Fotoshot Software by a PPC technician.

This form sends the required course of action to our admin team for processing. Incorrect use of the form or any missing data may cause delays. Responses on correctly completed forms is typically early the next business day.

NB: If your PC suddenly starts requesting a new unlock code its possible that the primary network card has been changed. Please see the following Technote to change the primary Network card order. In this instance you will not need to relicense your software.

Please fill out this form to request a re-license of Fotoshot.
Requests normally take 24-48 hours.

  • Please provide your original PPC invoice number to help speed up the re-license request. If you do not have an invoice number please enter N/A.
  • This is a declaration that you legitimately require a relicense for one of the reasons noted above and do not have Fotoshot installed on more than 1 PC per license owned.

  • Please remember you can only install Fotoshot on a single machine per license purchased. Should you wish to run Fotoshot on a different system this will require you uninstalling fotoshot from the initial system and requesting a fotoshot relicense unlock code.
